Please keep in mind that we may be on the other line, at an event, or simply away from the desk, and to always leave a voice mail if we do not answer. We will do our best to return your call promptly.
New Pickup Policy
Effective immediately, we will no longer schedule pickups after 9:00 pm. If you are having an evening party and wish to keep a rental unit after 9:00 pm, you are welcome to keep the unit over night for pickup the next day.
- You can choose any time for pickup, up until 9:00 pm.
- The additional day will be charged at the rate of 50% of the daily rental fee for the unit(s) being kept.
- If you schedule a 9:00 pm pickup, we will arrive no earlier than 9:00 pm to pickup the unit(s), but may arrive at any point after your scheduled pickup time, as dictated by our pickup route, traffic conditions, scheduled events, etc.
- Subject to availability. If a unit is booked for the next day, an overnight rental will not be available.
- Unit(s) must be in a secure location, and if a concessions unit, out of any weather.
- Automatic Sprinkler Systems MUST BE TURNED OFF if an inflatable is to be left on grass.
Bookings made prior to 2/20/15 will keep their currently scheduled pickup times.
