Booking and General Questions

Q: How do I book my event?

A: Please call us at (714) 702-5663 between the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, 7 days a week to book your event. All bookings are taken over the phone.

Q: I tried calling you during your business hours, why is no one picking up?

A: Our phone number, (714) 702-5663 rings both a cell phone and an office phone. Unfortunately we are not always able to answer our phone right away; we may be away from the desk or assisting another client, driving or in the middle of an event. We are a family business and our family schedules do occasionally clash with our business hours. If we are unable to answer, please know that your call is very important to us; just leave us a voice mail with your name, phone number, date of your event and your message, and we will return your call within 24 hours (and many times, within just a few minutes.)

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: All bookings require a $40 non-refundable retainer per hour booked, per artist/per rental unit to be paid by credit card to secure your artists or rental units. This retainer is included in our published rates and is non-refundable. This retainer is applied to your total balance due. To pay the retainer, a credit card is required. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q: How do I submit my retainer?

A: The retainer must be paid by credit card over the phone. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash is preferred. We also accept payment with credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Q: How far in advance should I book my event?

A: To guarantee your date and time, as well as the availability of your entertainer or rental unit, you should book as soon as you know the date and time of your event. We accept bookings up to one year in advance.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: Travel fees may apply. Please inquire directly for a travel fee quote.

Q: Do you offer "day of" bookings?

A: We do, but on a limited basis. We will not always be able to accommodate a "day of" booking due to availability of our artists and entertainment service. To guarantee an artist for your event, please book well in advance. A retainer by credit card is still required on "day of" bookings.

Q: Are your rates negotiable?

A: No, our rates and fees are not negotiable. Everyone pays the same rates for parties and events. We make our prices public so you know you are being treated fairly. Rates for some large events may vary.

Q: How much should I tip my artist?

A: Our official policy on tips is that they are accepted and appreciated, but never expected. If you feel your artist did a great job you are absolutely welcome to reward them with a gratuity. On average, tips for artists range between $20 and $60.

Q: Do you require a minimum booking?

A: Yes, we require a two hour minimum booking for each artist booked for events within our normal service area. Please contact us directly for minimums outside our service area.

Q: What do your balloon artists make at parties?

A: Our balloon twisters make everything from princess and mermaids, to monkeys on trees, space aliens, super heroes, dinosaurs, hats, tigers, lady bugs, and much more. Nearly everything our artists make utilizes more than one balloon, which brings a level of complexity and color to our balloons that you can’t get from many companies.
