When an event is booked, a $20.00 non-refundable retainer is charged to the client's credit card. If a cancellation is made to a reservation more than 48 hours prior to the start time of the booking, there will be no additional cancellation fee.
For bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the start time of the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If a partial cancellation is made, a cancelation fee of 50% of the canceled artist(s) will apply, and will not be credited toward the balance remaining for the artist(s) still scheduled.
If a partial cancellation is made 48 hours or less prior to the start time of the booking, the cancelled items are subject to the 50% cancellation fee as described above. The cancelled items will be removed without affecting the package (Mix n’ Match) special rates on the remaining entertainer(s).
Cancellations made on the day of the event will require the full balance be paid immediately upon cancellation.

Bookings that have been arranged by written and signed contract shall be bound to the terms and conditions set forth in that contract, and may differ from those set forth in the above policy.
