Our booking process is simple. Please give us a call at (714) 914-7159 with the time and location of your event, and please have a major credit card available. Booking only takes a few minutes. We will ask you a few questions about your event, such as how many guests and for the party theme if booking a children's entertainer. We will also ask for your email address so we can send you a written confirmation.
We will require a major credit card at the time of booking to charge a $20 non-refundable retainer fee, which is used to reserve the artist for a particular day and time, or a rental unit for the day; this fee is included in our published rates. Due to the popularity of our entertainment options and rentals, we are unable to reserve an artist or rental unit until the retainer fee has been paid.
Once your retainer has been paid, we will add your event to our master schedule and send you an email confirmation.
That's it! The remaining balance is due upon the delivery of a rental unit, or upon the completion of an artist's services, and is payable by cash, check, or credit card.
If you happen to call us and we don't answer, we are either away from the desk or are assisting another client, so please leave a brief message with the date and time of your event, the city where your event will be held, and which services or rentals you are interested in, and will gladly return your call as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
